Registration fee is $35. It will be collected at the NA Registration Desk.

(This is separate from charges collected by Cedar Lakes for lodging and meals)

Credit cards are accepted for registration and merchandise.

Name badges are obtained at the time of registration at the NA Registration Desk.

The money that is collected from your registration is used to pay for all convention related expenses. Also, all

services of the MRSCNA such as H&I, PI, and the Phoneline are supported through the Convention proceeds. No

addict turned away for lack of registration fees. This does not include food or lodging.

Only mail-in reservations will be accepted, they will not be taken by phone.

Only 2 rooms per reservation

Reservation forms will be available on their website or at the front office – www.cedarlakes.com

Check-in time 3:00 p.m. Check-out time 11:00 a.m.

A $10.00 key charge will be assessed for all keys not returned

All packages includes meals and lodging

Cedar Lakes does not assign roommates. If your roommate cancels you will be charged the total amount.

Dorm Room Package: Up to 10 per room. $84.27($18.00deposit) required per person (to hold all 10 beds $180.00

deposit required). A pillow is provided. Guests bring towels, washcloths, sheets, pillowcases, and blankets, no maid

service.

Dorm Conversion Room Package: Minimum of 4 per room. $125.61 ($37.50 deposit required) per person. A pillow,

sheets, and towels are provided, no maid service.

Cedars or Lakes Cottage Package: (2 twin beds) 2 per room $125.61 ($75.00 deposit required) per person.

Mountaineer or Main Package: (Mountaineer 2 double beds, Main 1 single & 1 double bed) 2 per room $135.68

each, 3 per room $114.29 each, 4 per room (mountaineer only) $99.92 each. $82.00 deposit required per person

Holt Lodge Package: (2 double beds) 2 per room $143.10 each, 3 per room $114.29 each, 4 per room $99.92 each.

$89.00 deposit required per person

Meal tickets may also be purchased separately at the front office.

LODGING IN RIPLEY INCLUDES: Super 8 (304) 372-8880 (mention Cedar Lakes and get 10% off); Holiday Inn

Express (304) 372-4444 and others. Ripley is a short drive from Cedar Lakes and those choosing this option are

responsible for their meal tickets, which may be purchased at the Cedar Lakes office.

MERCHANDISE SALES: Other areas and regions are welcome, after approval of the Convention Committee, to sell

merchandise, except T-shirts & coffee mugs. We ask you have a letter of approval on your area or region’s letterhead

to sell merchandise. Merchandise sold by areas and other regions must only be dated presale or leftover

merchandise from their events.
